Delete your GoalXWar account

The quickest way: in the game

1. Open GoalXWar and go to Settings → Privacy, terms & support.
2. Tap Delete account & online data and confirm.

This happens immediately.

What is deleted

• Your online club: name, crest, results, fixtures and league places.
• Match passes, and any paid in-game currency or purchases held by the club.
• Your Sign in with Apple record and email.
• Your cloud backup.

Your offline career stays on your phone until you delete the app. Crash reports contain no account details and are deleted automatically within 90 days.

Can't open the game?

Send us a deletion request. Give us your club name or club code and, if you signed in with Apple, the email address you used, so we can find your club. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email if you give us one.
