GoalXWar Terms of Use

By downloading or playing GoalXWar you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. The terms of the App Store or Google Play you downloaded the game from also apply.

Your licence

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to play GoalXWar for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, resell, reverse-engineer or exploit the game, except where the law allows it.

Playing fair

• Do not cheat, use bots or modified clients, exploit bugs, or interfere with the servers or other players' matches.
• Club names and crests must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, or impersonate others. We may rename, reset or remove them.
• We may suspend or close online access for accounts that break these rules.

Virtual items and currency

In-game currency, match passes, stadiums and other virtual items are licensed to you for use in the game. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred outside the game. Purchases are final except where the law or the store's refund policy says otherwise; refunds are handled by Apple or Google.

Online services

Online matches, leagues and backups depend on our servers. We work to keep them running, but they may be interrupted, changed or ended. If we permanently shut down online services, we will give reasonable notice in the game.

Ads

The game shows ads. Some optional ads give in-game rewards; rewards are only given when the ad is completed.

Disclaimer

The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of virtual items caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are significant, we will tell you in the game. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the new terms.
